Getting started

From an empty account to a full well care plan for your first family member — about ten minutes.

1. Create your account

  1. 1Choose Get started on the home page, or go straight to the sign-in screen.
  2. 2Sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google. One account holds the whole household — you do not create separate logins per family member.
  3. 3Confirm your email if prompted, then you land in onboarding.

2. Add your first profile

Onboarding asks who you are caring for. Pick the species first — human, dog or cat — because it changes the rest of the form.

  • Name and birth date (age drives most guidance, so an approximate date is better than none).
  • Sex, which determines sex-specific screenings.
  • Height and weight for people; weight and breed for pets.
  • An optional photo so the household is easy to scan at a glance.

3. Answer the risk questions

After saving a profile, ERIKA offers the risk assessment. It is one question per screen with a progress bar, and you can stop and resume. Answers are saved as you give them.

You can skip any question. A skipped question simply means the rules that depend on it do not fire — the plan is built from what you did tell us.

4. Review the plan

Open Well care plan from the profile. You will see years as expandable sections with the current year already open, each recommended checkup, the services inside it, and why it was recommended.

5. Fill in the practical details

  • Add your providers under Doctors so they appear when you schedule.
  • Add policies under Insurance, including card images, so you have them at the appointment.
  • Repeat profile setup for everyone else in the household, pets included.
