Scheduling & compliance

Turning a recommendation into a booked appointment, and seeing at a glance whether the household is keeping up.

Scheduling an item

  1. 1On the plan screen, open the item's action menu and choose Schedule.
  2. 2Pick a date and a start and end time. Times are optional if you only know the day.
  3. 3Choose a provider. The list puts the relevant category first — medical, vision, dental or pet — and refreshes when the modal opens, so a doctor you added a minute ago is already there.
  4. 4Add notes for anything you want to remember: prep instructions, parking, what to bring.
  5. 5Save. The item moves to scheduled and shows the date and provider inline.

Rescheduling and completing

  • Reschedule reopens the same modal with the existing details so you can change date, time or provider.
  • Mark complete closes both the plan item and its linked appointment in one action.
  • Skip always goes through a confirmation dialog naming the consequence. Nothing gets skipped by accident.

The compliance card

The "Are you keeping up?" card on the plan screen counts, per year, how many items are completed, scheduled, still due and skipped, with percentages and a stacked bar that carries a readable text label for screen readers.

The card is factual, not judgmental. A skipped item is a decision you made, and it is counted separately from something that is merely overdue.

Reminders

Reminders cover items coming due, upcoming appointments, and insurance policies nearing expiry. Turn them on or off in Account settings; account and security notices are always sent.
